Sourced from Peter Martin Ray Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA), Paratus Vineyard (Mt. Veeder AVA), and Black Ridge Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA) in shale and volcanic soils at over 1,200 ft. elevation.
Native yeast fermentation in concrete with gentle extraction and pressing followed by aging for 36 months in 40% new French oak.
