Wine Club FAQs
Each month, you’ll receive three sommelier-selected wines brought together by a unique theme. Your box also includes tasting notes, information about the grapes, regions, producers, and winemaking, plus food pairing ideas for every bottle.
Membership is $75 per month, including Virginia sales tax.
Subscribe by the final day of the month to receive the following month’s box. For example, an October 31 subscription begins with the November box; a November 1 subscription begins with the December box.
Wine Club selections cannot currently be customized for preferences such as all-red or all-white boxes. Part of the fun is letting us choose: every wine is selected because it’s delicious, approachable, and something we’re genuinely excited to share.
Yes. There is no long-term commitment, and you may pause or cancel through your online account or by emailing dinnerpartyrva@gmail.com.
To avoid the next recurring charge, please pause or cancel before the first of the month. Requests made after billing will take effect the following month; any payment already processed will reserve your next Wine Club box.
Update your information through your account or contact us before the first of the month.
We'll hold pickup boxes for up to three months after notification. After that, unclaimed boxes are forfeited and cannot be refunded or replaced.
For shipped boxes, please double-check your address and make sure someone 21 or older can sign. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or lack of an adult signature, the original shipping fee is nonrefundable and an additional fee will apply to reship it. This doesn't apply to Dinner Party errors or carrier-documented damage.
Please email dinnerpartyrva@gmail.com with your name, order information, and a description of the issue. If the bottle arrived damaged, please include photographs. Hold on to the bottle and cork until you hear from us, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
