COS Rami Terre Siciliane 2022 (750ml)

Variety: 50% Grillo, 50% Insolia. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. Five to seven days of skin contact. Aged in concrete vats for eight months followed by three months in the bottle before release.

It has great aromas of citrus fruit and hints of minerality on the nose. The wine has excellent depth of flavor and is well balanced with good acidity and a pleasant finish
