A pure and authentic snapshot of the entire Bérêche estate. This cuvée is a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, sourced from three distinct terroirs: the chalky slopes of Ludes in the Montagne de Reims, the sandy soils of Ormes in the Petite Montagne, and the clay-limestone parcels of Mareuil-le-Port in the western Vallée de la Marne. Comprising 35% reserve wine, the Brut Réserve opens with lifted aromas of citrus oil, green apple, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balancing savory depth with vibrant fruit, finishing with precision and a pronounced mineral edge.
