Cartoixa de Montsalvat Montclàss Priorat 2019 (750ml)

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan from the rugged hills of Priorat, where old vines grow in the region’s distinctive slate soils, known as llicorella. The wine is rich and structured, with dark berry fruit, hints of dried herbs, and a subtle mineral edge. Firm tannins and bright acidity give it balance and lift, making it a great match for roasted meats, hearty vegetables, or anything off the grill.
