Celler Pardas Rupestris 2022 (750ml)

A blend of 80% Xarel-lo and 20% Malvasía de Sitges. The wine is fermented and aged in concrete vats and gives notes of a zesty orange, stony minerality, citrus peel, wild fennel, a touch of menthol and a top note of lemongrass. Great acidity with a complex finish, this wine is great--don't sleep on it!
