100% Malbec (aka Auxerrois locally). Planted on clay-limestone soils, the vines are certified-organic (in conversion to biodynamic farming), average 30 years old. Notes of dark/red fruits with lovely black cherry and blackberry flavors and hints of dark chocolate and minerality.
