Dario Princic Bianco NV (750ml)

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio from Fruili, Italy (right on the border of Slovenia). Grapes are destemmed and placed in open oak vats to macerate with no temperature control, no added yeasts and no use of sulfur. After two week maceration on the skins with push downs occuring manually 3-4 times a day the wine is then aged in old barrique for 24 months.
