100% organic Cinsault from the heart of Minervois. An under-appreciated grape from an under-appreciated region. Floral and stewed plum and cherry aromas on the nose, blueberry, pepper and a bit of spice on the palate with lovely acidity - almost Beaujolais like in character and mouth feel. Try with a chill on it.
