Domaine Vincent Dampt Petit Chablis 2023 (750ml)

From 2 parcels: 70% from the village of Fyé, about 2km behind Grand Cru Les Clos, 20% from just above 1er Cru Beauroy with 40+ year old vines.
Aromas of green apple and pear dominate on the nose with hints of dried herbs and wet stone. On the palate it is dry and crisp with plenty of minerality and citrus finishing floral. This Petit Chablis is soft, light and extremely refreshing. Try with oysters!
