Lean, zippy, and wonderfully coastal, made from Folle Blanche grown in the western Loire near the Atlantic. Bright lemon and tart green fruit meet sea spray, subtle florals, and a smoky, stony mineral edge. Aging on the lees adds a little texture while keeping everything crisp, salty, and seriously refreshing.
