This biodynamic Cava blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir from Catalonia, Spain is excellent! This method champenoise (same method as Champagne) is hand harvested and aged for a minimum of 48 months in bottle before release. This is a 2018 vintage y'all, trust us when we say it's a steal (and delicious)!
