Ortiz Fresh White Anchovies in EVOO (3.88oz)

Also known as Boquerones, are carefully prepared and filleted to maintain all their freshness and flavor. They are then marinated in wine vinegar and once they are at their best delicacy, they are packed with olive oil, garlic and parsley.
Once opened, to preserve their flavor for up to three days, keep covered and refrigerated with the anchovies submerged in olive oil, adding more if necessary.
