Terra Di Siena Sliced Capocollo (3oz)

Made using one of the most prized part of the pig, capocollo is lightly marbled with fat. It's then rinsed and seasoned with wild-fennel seeds and flowers. The meat is then aged to give it its unique tenderness with notes salty, fatty, and rich spiciness.
