This Haus Weiss (“House White”) is a blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Silvaner. Floral and fruitiness with notes spice, depth, and minerality. Aged separately on their lees the wine was blended after six months in vat, and then bottled with no fining or filtration. Your new favorite liter of white!
